Flexible Arms
SW Testing Services Ltd are pleased to be able to offer the flextraction range of genuinely industrial Extraction Arms, available in an almost endless permutations in three main formats: Mini Flextractors, Flextractors and Flextenders.
The Flextraction range of flexible arms are designed, manufactured and assembled in the United Kingdom. The main advantage of these arms over the competition is that there is no obtrusive frame work within the duct which can cause restriction of the transfer air flow. The design of the flexible arm allows articulation of the hood close to the release point of the contaminate.
Flextraction Mini Flextractors
A smaller articulated arm manufactured in mild steel with an epoxy paint finish. A stainless steel version is also available. Ideal for those areas where a fixed capture hood is not an option.

Flextraction Flextractors
An articulated extraction arm manufactured in mild steel with an epoxy paint finish (a stainless steel version is also available). Excellent for providing capture of dust and fume where the process is variable.
* five standard diameters: 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm & 200mm
* no internal obstructions apart from the control damper
* no internal wear, corrosion, flow restriction or solids build-up
* twelve articulated reaches from 2m to 8m
* includes wall mounting bracket
* easily accessible for maintenance
Flextraction Flextenders
A telescopic extraction arm manufactured in mild steel with an epoxy paint finish (a stainless steel version is also available). An excellent source of extraction for those areas where space is limited.
* five standard diameters: 75mm, 100mm, 125mm, 150mm & 200mm
* no internal obstructions apart from the control damper
* no internal wear, corrosion, flow restriction or solids build-up on components
* available in black epoxy paint or stainless steel, with flexible hoses to suit applications
* includes wall mounting bracket
